Reach Out and Let's Get Started

Whether your wedding is fourteen months away or fourteen weeks, the sooner we connect the better positioned we are to reserve your date and lock in seasonal bloom availability. Early conversations also give us more time for venue walkthroughs, design revisions, and the back-and-forth that produces a final plan you feel genuinely great about.

Not sure what you need yet? That’s completely fine. A lot of couples call us before they’ve figured out any floral details at all. “We’re getting married in October at a venue in Brooklyn and we have no idea where to start with flowers” is a perfectly good opening line. We take it from there.

What Happens After You Reach Out

You’ll hear from us within one business day. Usually faster. We’ll ask a few basic questions – your wedding date, your venue name or neighborhood, your approximate guest count, and whether you have any early thoughts on style or palette. If you’ve got inspiration images saved somewhere, feel free to share a link. If you’ve got nothing but a date and a gut feeling, that works too.

From there we schedule a design consultation. In person at our Midtown studio on West 56th Street if you’re local. Over video if you’re planning from out of town or your schedule is packed. The consultation runs about an hour and it’s the part of the process where we figure out whether our creative instincts align with your vision. No commitment required. No deposit at the door. Just a conversation.

Visit Our Studio

Walk-ins aren’t really our thing since most of the team is either at a venue, at the market, or heads-down building arrangements for an upcoming wedding. But scheduled studio visits are something we genuinely enjoy. You’ll see the workspace where your flowers get designed and conditioned. You’ll meet the people who’ll be handling your project. And if we happen to be prepping for a wedding that week, you’ll see the operation in action – coolers full of blooms, arrangements taking shape on the design tables, hardware and vessels being staged for the next morning’s delivery.

Questions We Get All the Time

How far in advance should I book?

Peak season Saturdays – May through October – fill up fast. Reaching out eight to twelve months ahead gives us the most flexibility. But we’ve taken on weddings with shorter lead times and delivered great results. Just call and we’ll tell you honestly what’s possible.

Occasionally, when the project is right. Hudson Valley, the Hamptons, New Jersey, Connecticut – we’ve traveled for weddings in all of these areas. Reach out and we’ll talk logistics.

We don’t enforce a hard minimum. We’ve done micro-wedding florals for under a thousand dollars and full-scale productions in the six figures. Every couple gets the same sourcing standards and design attention regardless of the invoice total.

Absolutely. Not every bride needs or wants a full floral package. A standalone bouquet order is something we’re happy to do and we give it the exact same care as a bouquet attached to a $30,000 wedding flower contract.

Yes. Our studio maintains an inventory of vessels in various styles, sizes, and materials. Vessel rental is included in most proposals. If your design calls for something specific we don’t stock, we source it.

Planning From Out of Town?

Plenty of our couples don’t live in New York. They’re planning a destination wedding in their favorite city from apartments in LA, Chicago, London, wherever. Our process works just as well remotely. Video consultations, shared mood boards, email and text communication, and a venue walkthrough that we do on your behalf if you can’t be there. By the time you fly in for the wedding weekend, the floral plan is locked and we’ve already handled the sourcing and the venue coordination.

For Wedding Planners and Venue Coordinators

If you’re a planner or coordinator looking for a floral partner for an upcoming wedding, we’d love to hear from you. We work collaboratively, we respond fast, we meet deadlines, and we stay out of the way during setup so your team can do its job without tripping over ours. Call us or shoot an email and we’ll set up a quick intro conversation.

Let's Talk About Your Wedding

Pick up the phone or fill out the form. That’s all it takes to get this started. We’re friendly, we’re direct, and we’re genuinely excited to hear about what you’re planning. Whatever stage you’re at – venue locked, date set, colors chosen, or still just daydreaming about it – we’re ready for the conversation.
